*Proof of residency (driver's license, utility bill, mail)
*Record of child's birth
*Current physical/health examination
*Current immunization record or religious exemption

Today in summer camp we continued to talk about all things summer. We read The Pout Pout Fish and the Bully Bully Shark. We made shark headbands, practiced handwriting letters, and worked in centers.
